Business Office Details

Our offices are between 10 M2 – 15 M2

Provided office equipment’s :
• 1 desk
• 1 Executive chair
• 1 Visitor chair
• 1 Filling cabinet
• 1 storage cupboard with 3 drawers
• Badge system on each individual office door

The Fully Furnished Office rental includes the following services :

• Board meeting room usage : 40 hours / year (extra use will be invoiced 15€ / hour ex. VAT)
• Office cleaning facilities
• Electricity & water
• Secured Client Wireless internet connection
• Alarm & Fire monitoring system for the offices
• Building insurance
• Receptionist facilities (welcome guest/clients, reception of goods, phone reception with Client name)
• Fax to email facilities (Fax forwarded to client via Email)
• Mailing administration (distribution of mailing to client office, centralise outgoing mailing without stamps)
• Photocopying/Scanning facilities : 1000 pages B&W and 500 color pages per months (additional copies will be billed separately in December)
• 1 Access badge per desk (lost or supplementary badge will be invoiced 50€ ex. VAT)
• 1 key per wardrobe (lost or supplementary key will be invoiced 50€ ex. VAT)
• Kitchen Facilities (coffee machine, Microwave, fridge,..)

The reception is opened from 8.30 am 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday.
The business center is opened from 7 am to 9 pm. After these hours the building will be under alarm system managed by Brinks.
